Running Nets of Light
What is Running Nets of Light?
Running nets of light” is an energy practice where you visualize a luminous net, similar to a fisherman's net, being drawn through a body, room, land or object to catch, filter and dissolve heavy energies.
Process
Step 1: Ask a helper of the white light, such as Archangel Michael, for assistance. Visualize a beautiful silver or gold net held by your Archangel of choice and their helpers or of the white light.
Step 2: Recite - Archangel Michael (or your helper of choice) can you and your helpers of the white light please run your net of light through my energy field. With your net, can you please gather up in your net that which is not for my highest good. Once done, can you immediately take the energy that was gathered in your net to where it needs to go.
* Envision the net held by helpers of the white light being moved through you beginning at your feet and drawn upward over your head.
Step 3: Ask - Archangel Michael (or your helper of choice) can you please fill my energy field with white light of the highest possible vibration. **This is important as you do not want empty space left behind in your energy field.
